The customer support is nearly non-existent. You end up getting the runaround with no clear answers. I placed an online order and quickly realized I had used the wrong shipping address. When I contacted them through their online chat, I was informed that a help desk ticket would need to be submitted. I received no response until the following day, only to be told that since more than 60 minutes had passed since placing the order, they couldn't assist. This delay falls on customer service for taking too long. I submitted the request well within the 60-minute window. I won't be returning.
If I had the option, I wouldn't even rate them a star. After spending nearly $500 on an online order, I received no email updates until I called customer service four days later, encountering rude representatives. How long does it take for stores to pick and pack? Clearly, the staff aren't doing their jobs. Adding to the frustration are unreliable courier services. This experience has made me reconsider giving this company my business in the future.
I was appalled by the poor quality of the pricey garment I ordered online. It's no surprise they don't permit customer reviews on their site. The quality and construction are below even 'fast fashion' standards. What was marketed as an elegant seasonal coat looks more like a cheap lab coat costume.
