Extremely disappointing experience. I usually enjoy shopping here, but this time it has been incredibly frustrating. I placed an order online, but it was never processed, despite $430 being charged to my card. It's been a week, and I still haven't received my refund. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but I keep getting the same automated response without any real resolution. I hope this company takes my issue seriously and processes my refund soon.
