The customer support is nearly non-existent. You end up getting the runaround with no clear answers. I placed an online order and quickly realized I had used the wrong shipping address. When I contacted them through their online chat, I was informed that a help desk ticket would need to be submitted. I received no response until the following day, only to be told that since more than 60 minutes had passed since placing the order, they couldn't assist. This delay falls on customer service for taking too long. I submitted the request well within the 60-minute window. I won't be returning.
