Extremely Frustrating Experience

I ordered a watch bracelet replacement for 280€ in JULY 2025 and started inquiring about its status in DECEMBER 2025. I received NO ANSWER. Since then, I have sent three more requests and have not received any response from the store. The support team just forwards my inquiries to a store that ignores them.
