I ordered a watch bracelet replacement for 280€ in JULY 2025 and started checking on the order status in DECEMBER 2025. I received NO RESPONSE. Since then, I have sent three more requests, yet the store has not replied. The support team merely forwards my messages to a store that continues to ignore them.
I saw a watch at a second-hand jeweler and wanted something similar but new, so I asked if they had it in stock at the Chelsea store. Three staff members were gathered around a laptop, and one checked and confirmed they had it. However, when I asked to see it, I was told there was a ‘virtual queue.’ I had no clue what that meant, and the assistant suggested I could come back or just wait around! There were two other staff members present, and only one customer being helped. One staff member was even on their phone! I wanted to try on an £8,000 watch with the intention to buy. This was a shocking display of disregard for a customer. How can a company expect to make sales while turning potential customers away? This is unbelievable. I’ll stick to my Rolex, which always provides impeccable service when I visit their stores!
After purchasing several pieces over the last five years, my Just Un Clou ring in size 60, bought two years ago, was never really worn and became too large due to weight loss. I didn’t blame anyone but expected some financial consideration for resizing from 60 to 53. Instead, they are charging me $1550 for the replacement. I could understand a 10-15% fee, but not 30%. I anticipated a high standard of service given the brand's reputation, but my experience was quite the opposite. Very disappointing for a luxury brand.

The company made several significant mistakes that should never have occurred. They promised a bouquet as an apology for delivery on 20/12/25, confirmed in writing by a representative. The bouquet never arrived, which is unacceptable, especially since it was intended for Christmas decorations. An email I sent regarding this still hasn't been answered. If they can't manage simple customer service, it raises concerns about their overall customer care.
My wife and I, collectors of fine watches, decided on a Cartier timepiece for her birthday. I contacted a representative from the company’s website for assistance with the purchase, but my experience was far from smooth. My online purchase was approved by my payment provider but not by the company. After a second attempt, the same issue occurred. The representative claimed this was a common occurrence with their security. By 4 PM, frustrated with the wait, I found the same watch on another website for significantly less and made the purchase without a hitch. Later, when I received a call from the concierge, I started explaining my situation but was abruptly hung up on. While Cartier offers decent timepieces, I recommend considering brands with better resale value. Overall, I found the service lacking and judgmental.
Not impressed. It feels like you’re just buying a brand name without much substance. Many items seem to be made with lower-quality materials and are not worth the price. Additionally, some products appear to be misrepresented as European or Western when they are not. I suggest looking for authentic jewelers instead.
My partner gifted me a love bracelet from Las Vegas and another from a store. I had an amazing experience with a lovely representative on 15/11/25. I adore both bracelets and wear them every day. Thank you once again for a fantastic experience!
