From being stopped at the door by security to being blatantly ignored by staff, my visits were nothing short of humiliating. My husband's Valentine's Day purchase turned into a nightmare when I attempted a simple ring exchange. I was treated with suspicion, left standing alone, and offered no apology.Subsequent visits reinforced their disregard. My husband was welcomed, a friend with us was fawned over, while I, the paying customer, was treated as an afterthought. Plastic water bottles, dismissive attitudes, and patronizing "explanations" replaced any semblance of quality service.This isn't about demanding special treatment; it's about basic respect. At Cartier Stanford, they clearly have a very specific clientele in mind, and if you don’t fit their mold, expect to be treated as an inconvenience. I'm a well-respected professional who expects a level of service commensurate with the price point. Save your money and your dignity – shop elsewhere where your business is valued.
