Awful customer service

I am shocked with how awful the customer service is for Cartier. The first bracelet I received bent a bit where the screw tightens when my husband and I first put it on. There was absolutely no recourse to exchange/repair etc. Years later, I made the mistake of purchasing something else--a $1300 ring. I have been trying to exchange it for a different size and they make things sooo difficult. They processed the return but never sent a label. Their attention to detail with customer service is horrendous, especially given how pricey the jewelry is. I will purchase from Von Clef from now on.
