the worst experience ever. my future husband and I decided to buy the wedding rings at Cartier. We don’t have the shop in our country, however my husband work for the company from Germany and travels often to Frankfurt so we decided that is most suitable to order there. after we paid for the two wedding rings and one bracelet additional as the surprise from my husband, they let us known once when it came to the shop. however my husband travels a lot due to business and nobody told us that if you don’t pick up the order within one month they have to send it back to Switzerland. Nobody wrote to us (they had our emails and phone numbers and the order was paid) and when my future husband finally reached the store they let him known that they sent it back to Switzerland three days ago. however, we asked if I could pick it up in Vienna and once they confirmed the pick up date we bought the airplane ticket. I rescheduled all my agenda because of it and should fly on Wendsday but today they sent us the notice that due to some issues they could delivered on 01st April (for 20 days) and my wedding is for two weeks. I’m really disappointed and will never buy again from them. they ruined something that should be the best day in our lives and I gonna get married with the ring from kinder surprise instead of luxury jewelry. My husband and I are spending a lot of money on the luxury brands but this is the first time that we have such a painful experience and non professional treatment. Will never buy again from Cartier!
