I purchased a device that unfortunately had battery and heating issues. I returned it as per the policy, but didn’t receive any updates for days. When I reached out, I was told there was damage found on the device, despite the courier confirming it was fine during collection. Now, they are insisting on returning a damaged device. I also bought another device that had issues shortly after the return period. I applied for a warranty claim, and it’s been a month with no updates. Not recommended at all.
