I recently purchased from Cartlow and I’m impressed with the overall service. The ordering process was easy, delivery was fast. It works perfectly and looks almost new. Customer service was also responsive when I had a small question. I would like to thank ahmed for helping me with all my queries.I would definitely buy again.
I purchased an item believing it was brand new; however, it arrived not in its original packaging, appeared used, and had noticeable dents and scratches. I requested a replacement on 04/12/2025, but have yet to receive updates. This has created considerable inconvenience, as I depend on it for work. Relying on laundry services is costly and not a viable option. This is my second disappointing experience, causing me to question my trust in the platform and consider stopping future purchases from the company.
I just received my order of perfumes and got two low-quality fake products that aren’t worth the price I paid. Even the writing on the outer box has spelling mistakes. The perfume in question was a special edition and does not meet expectations.
They are selling imitation perfumes, cheap alternatives. I bought a fragrance and was shocked to find that its longevity was only a few minutes. Comparing the bottle with an original one I have revealed significant differences, confirming it was a fake product! When I contacted customer service, they challenged me to prove it was fake! What a disappointing experience. Not recommended at all; I feel scammed.
I purchased a device that unfortunately had battery and heating issues. I returned it as per the policy, but didn’t receive any updates for days. When I reached out, I was told there was damage found on the device, despite the courier confirming it was fine during collection. Now, they are insisting on returning a damaged device. I also bought another device that had issues shortly after the return period. I applied for a warranty claim, and it’s been a month with no updates. Not recommended at all.
