Dr Eric Berg used Cartpanda for supplement product purchase payment. Product did not produce any benefit. I requested a refund within the promo time limit via email. After ten days and no response, I sent a second refund request email. I did not get a response from my second email. I called “Customer Service”. Hostile representatives refused ANY help. I challenged the charge through my credit card company and their investigation resulted in a 100% refund. Shame on Dr. Berg for doing business with Cartpanda and shame on Cartpanda. I will be posting this experience on other social media platforms. Most credit card companies will assist as long as you file a timely dispute, usually within sixty days from the statement which has the charge. You will need to provide detailed information supporting your dispute. Best to use a video recorder to document the purchase.
