This company is not honest about their practices. I requested a refund which they claim is guaranteed, but after multiple inquiries, I'm still waiting. They state they are just a selling platform, yet my order shows they are the seller. Do not buy from them; their products don't work.
£500 was withdrawn from my PayPal account for bottles of a product that I consider dangerous. Due to its ingredients, I can't return it to the USA. I've reached out to the company and a review platform, but all I get are generic responses. I'm frustrated and shocked. It seems that many complaints about this company go unresolved. What's the point of reporting if nothing changes?
The company asked for additional information regarding my refund request. After purchasing a product with a money-back guarantee, I saw no results after 30 days. I contacted them, but the process was overly complicated. They wouldn't provide information about the manufacturing company, leaving me frustrated. I eventually got part of my money back through a payment service, but the experience was exhausting.
Ordered memo defender conned me into making two orders. When I return both orders in one box I called and got a confirmation they got everything, they refunded me $271 then for the second order they refuse to refund the $304 Because I ended up doing a dispute. I never got my $304 refund refunded to me so at this point. To this day four months later, I still have not received the refund. I would advise anyone not to order anything dealing with cart panda.
