Took a few emails back and forth to receive a return but when I received confirmation with RMA #, it went quickly and easily. They do keep a 20% stocking fee. Also be careful reading the offers after your first order. Make sure your order is correct before you click. Even so, I would order again thru this company. They all were very understanding and got my money back to me, which I appreciate very, very much.
