Excellent personal instructions and response time from Julio at Cartapanda. I had responded to a persuasive infomercial and purchased a large order of Memoblast based on their statements of free trial and if not satisfied get a full refund.
I was not satisfied with the product after trying it and decided to return it but I was unsure how to do that. I called a number on my order form which was disconnected! I couldn't find in writing on my order form that is was returnable as was stated in their advertisement. Needless to say, I was concerned about the legitimacy of the company. Finally I emailed Cartpanda, who handled the sale of this product for the company. With great relief, I got an email back from Julio at Cartpanda within 20 minutes!!! He had found my order # in their system and provided clear instructions on how to handle the return. Once I mailed the product back and emailed proof of mailing and tracking number, a full refund was made.....the same day! It took a few days for the bank to process the refund, but I have never experienced such personal and efficient handling of a return. Thank you, Julio and Cartpanda
I order from a video offer and was happy with the first offer. I did not accept the upgrade offer, but it was charged to my account, anyway. I emailed as soon as I saw the second charged. They responded and refunded the second charge so I am happy with that aspect of their customer service.
when placing an order for Lipo Rise - I was somehow misled by the website and ended up ordering extra product.
I was trying for a full refund - but Gelo at Cartpanda has been very helpful in organising a partial refund for me which I feel is a reasonable outcome
Took a few emails back and forth to receive a return but when I received confirmation with RMA #, it went quickly and easily. They do keep a 20% stocking fee. Also be careful reading the offers after your first order. Make sure your order is correct before you click. Even so, I would order again thru this company. They all were very understanding and got my money back to me, which I appreciate very, very much.
The only problem it was hard to manage the website. So you may wanna take that into consideration next time. Because I really didn't know if the order went through or not until I got the email. Saying it did. But when I was on the website, you couldn't tell and I really needed help.

Total SCAM !!! Do your research. They don't deliver products. They don't respond to any form of communication. They grab your money and run. Another Chinese rip off project. Do not use these thieves. Report directly to authorities and don't forget FBI.
ORDERED 6 MONTH SUPPLY OF ONE PRODUCT. I RECEIVED A 6 MONTH SUPPLY OF A PRODUCT WORTH ABOUT ONE THIRD OF WHAT I PAID.UPON REQUESTING MY MONEY BACK ,I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD IMMEDIATELY REFUND ONE HALF OF MY MONEY BACK AND I COULD KEEP THE PRODUCT I HAD RECEIVED. I WAS INFORMED THAT I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.I TOOK THE HALF BACK DEAL BECAUSE HALF OF MY MONEY WAS BETTER THAN NONE.I BELIEVE THAT THIS WAS A SCAM FROM THE BEGINNING TO SELL ME SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT NEED OR WANT AT A HIGHER PRICE THAN IT WAS WORTH. This company only offers a full refund when they physically receive the returned items, this is a very costly process from UK involving customs charges. I had a medical problem with a weight loss product, but was only offered 75% (no return)of the £700+ I had spent, leaving me very out of pocket.
Huge scam! They play totally illegal, what they do is not for safety of The USA. No the authorities should step up immediately in order to take this company out from market, from Constitution the American citizens should be safe on their property. My money are may property if somebody is taking advantage of that they are illegally doing business should not exist!!!
