Excellent personal instructions and response time from Julio at Cartapanda. I had responded to a persuasive infomercial and purchased a large order of Memoblast based on their statements of free trial and if not satisfied get a full refund.
I was not satisfied with the product after trying it and decided to return it but I was unsure how to do that. I called a number on my order form which was disconnected! I couldn't find in writing on my order form that is was returnable as was stated in their advertisement. Needless to say, I was concerned about the legitimacy of the company. Finally I emailed Cartpanda, who handled the sale of this product for the company. With great relief, I got an email back from Julio at Cartpanda within 20 minutes!!! He had found my order # in their system and provided clear instructions on how to handle the return. Once I mailed the product back and emailed proof of mailing and tracking number, a full refund was made.....the same day! It took a few days for the bank to process the refund, but I have never experienced such personal and efficient handling of a return. Thank you, Julio and Cartpanda
