SCAM: This is a group of scammers trying to take as much money as possible. I booked a car through Priority Pass and received confirmation stating that I had 7 days to complete the payment to avoid cancellation. The very next day after booking, I received an email from CarTrawler saying they didn’t have the car available and that I now had to pay more for a different car because I had supposedly not confirmed the booking.
I sent them an email with documentation proving that I had already booked the car and that the payment was to be completed within 7 days. They never responded to my inquiry and went ahead and canceled my booking anyway.
They are extremely dishonest, and I strongly recommend everyone to stay away.
