This company deserves zero stars. They are total con merchants. I ordered a black and a colour HPXL cartridge from them. They rang to say that one of the items were out of stock but they were genuine refilled HP cartridges. I stressed that our printer would only take genuine cartridges and they blatantly lied saying that they were. When they arrived they are nothing like the genuine cartridges and will not fit our printer and are covered in Chinese writing.Companies such as this need striking off as they are an absolute disgrace.I have tried to contact them on the number they rang me on and surprise surprise no one answers.
