Ordered genuine Epsom cartridge for very competitive price, then received phone call saying out of stock and offering alternative, even though still advertising the genuine product. This is the second time they've done this to me. This appears to be standard practice for them to lure customers in. Refund provided. Won't be bothering with them again.EDIT: In response to Cartridge Land's reply:I already gave you another chance after the first time and you just did it to me again, and you obviously do it to others too. You were also still advertising the product you told me was out of stock. My review stands as it is.
