I ordered ink from cartridge monkey a few months ago. It took a while for me to use up my existing ink so a little delay to find the colour of the new inks got rejected by my printer. I contacted them and they sent out a replacement which also got rejected. I let them know again and on the 3rd try everything seems ok.So why 5*s after issues ? I think sometimes it's just as well to judge a company when things go wrong as much as right. After each email they were quick to respond and recommended a couple of things that may help but when they didn't work they were quick to replace the inks a couple of times to get things sorted.
