Thank you to Lou for quickly sorting out my problem. I thought I'd ordered an XL size ink cartridge as was going by the photo next to the description but when ink came it was standard size - I had only been charged for standard though. Lou was most helpful and could see how the error had been made by a misleading photograph. She was pleased I'd pointed this out and I'm pleased too to have received a voucher for next time.
