Ordered offical branded ink cartridges only for them to phone twice the next day with a very pushy call asking me to change my order to their own brand. Would not take no for an answer and gave me their sales pitch 5 times in a row before giving up.
This is the worst company on the planet, they cannot deliver anything in the time stated. they use EVRI which is any old driver with a car who doesn't care whether they deliver of not. After the first missing delivery I asked CP to use a different deliverer. but they used EVRi again.and again nothing arrives
Had a problem with a toner cartridge - I used the contact form to log this at about 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Within about 90 minutes I'd sorted this with Sheree, a customer services advisor and arranged a replacement, so I don't think you can ask for much more.

Fabulous company, great competitive pricing on toners. Spoke with George when I had a small issue with a product, which was sorted quickly and efficiently, would probably have been sorted even quicker.....if I hadn't been so slow to respond to him! Fabulous customer service, thanks so much George, you have a loyal customer from now on (I have used and was using a few other companies too, for various parts, but having now dealt with the wonderful George, I will always go to cartridge people first in future!) - Thanks again!
The service is really efficient, Package arrived the day following the online order, Cartridge People cartridges are simply the best value for money on the market, I had a problem with one of the cartridges sent, but I talked to Phil at customer services, and he was so helpful and resolved the problem within a day, many thanks again
