Disappointed and misled.
I chose this company after reading some good reviews before almost purchasing with another company. Everything I read at the time said the quality etc was great. I thought the process online was easy when making my book and can’t wait to see the final product HOWEVER THIS COMPANY IS NOT PRINTING PRODUCTS IN AUSTRALIA. I’m disappointed to say the least as nothing on the website specifically tells you this. I have screen shots of the shipping info and the apparent “location” of this company. My order is coming from Malaysia which again is not displayed anywhere on the website that manufacturing is done off site.
The only reason I went with this company was the fact it was “Australian owned” when realistically I should have realised it was too good to be true.
Hopefully the quality of our photo book remains the same but I’m not holding hope and I’m also not relying on the fact that I paid for express shipping for it to arrive within the given time frame because I didn’t realise it was coming from Malaysia !!

I've utilized the photobook service three times now; initially, I found it a bit confusing, but after my first order, I figured it out and am very pleased with the final product. The lay-flat books are genuinely lay-flat with excellent thick paper. I also bought some fridge magnets, which turned out great.
I placed an order for a photobook a week ago and opted for express shipping, assuming it was coming from Australia since the service is named accordingly. I now realize that it is being shipped from overseas and won't arrive until nearly a week after Christmas. Had I known this, I wouldn't have spent so much on this photobook intended for my mother's Christmas gift. I find this quite misleading and am disappointed that my mum won't receive her present on time.

They claim 'Free Shipping for orders over a certain amount' on various platforms, including their app. However, after spending a significant sum, I was shocked to see a shipping charge added unexpectedly. Their vague responses to my complaints refer to hidden terms that exclude many orders from the free shipping offer they promote. I hope my next provider for photo books will be more transparent about their fees. Additionally, their application is quite clunky, and the ordering process is frustrating. Any other provider would likely be an improvement.
The book arrived in poor condition due to inadequate packing, with all items crammed into a small bag, offering no protection. When I contacted them, they simply apologized, stating it could happen during transit. They offered me a small credit to use in their shop as compensation, which I found unacceptable. This expensive book, intended as a gift, is now useless. I would advise against using this service.
I ordered two small landscape photobooks and am really let down. The photo quality is poor—images appear grainy and dull, despite uploading high-resolution files. The books feel cheaply made and do not match the 'deluxe' branding at all. To make matters worse, the provided contact email is invalid, making it difficult to seek support. I expected much better quality and service for the price.
