Excellent service received today. I had a problem with the courier delivering my ink cartridges. I contacted Cartridge People and within about 15 minutes Chris rang me and apologised for the delivery company's mistake. Whilst on the phone he re-reordered the ink cartridges I required and sent a new order straight away. He was so friendly and helpful. I have to say it's the best customer services I have known. The quality of service is outstanding and their own brand of ink is excellent. Thank you very much.
