This appears to be a drop shipper operating from overseas. A week after payment, I received an email apologizing for the delay due to high order volume. I immediately requested a cancellation, only to receive standard unhelpful links to tracking that show the package hasn't even left the country yet, along with a question about my cancellation request. Delay after delay. DO NOT order from them; you will not receive your product.
