I ordered a champagne calendar in November, hoping to receive it before Christmas for enjoyment. It arrived recently, and I was shocked to find it was a scam. It's just a tiny box with small plastic bottles—no champagne at all. Thankfully, I used a payment service that assisted me, so I won't have to pay for this.
One star. This service is disappointing. After waiting over 6 weeks for the advent calendar, we received a package containing tiny plastic toy bottles that do not resemble the images or description at all. Avoid making a purchase.
I ordered an advent calendar from what I believed was a different website. They accepted AMEX, so I thought they must be somewhat credible. The product never arrived, and they use a shipping service that appears to be fake according to online sources.
This appears to be a drop shipper operating from overseas. A week after payment, I received an email apologizing for the delay due to high order volume. I immediately requested a cancellation, only to receive standard unhelpful links to tracking that show the package hasn't even left the country yet, along with a question about my cancellation request. Delay after delay. DO NOT order from them; you will not receive your product.
Ordered an advent calendar over 4 weeks ago; I wish I had researched them beforehand! Absolutely terrible service, DO NOT USE! I've requested a refund, but I doubt it will happen. They continue to advertise the same products and should be removed!
SCAM .... advertised an advent calendar, ordered it, never received a confirmation. A week after payment, I emailed and was given false tracking information. When I contacted them again, they claimed to be behind in shipping, and I requested a cancellation but have not received a response. I ordered through social media and attempted to report this scam to prevent others from being at risk.
