I am deeply disappointed. I purchased shoes online and have spent the past week trying to use the returns portal, but it hasn’t worked. The alternative form is also ineffective. I reached out to the company via email and their online form several times without any response. I even called their stores, but they were unable to assist. Now, I am left with shoes I don’t want and no way to return them. With a holiday approaching, I will have to ask a friend to hold onto the shoes in case the returns form starts working. This is unacceptable.
