Never received my order and poor customer service

I never received the items I ordered, and when I reached out to the company regarding the courier's inadequate delivery, they claimed the tracking indicated delivery and refused to investigate or issue a refund. I did not agree to have anything left outside my property in a 'safe place,' especially since leaving parcels exposed on a doorstep by a main road doesn't meet their own safety standards. The courier neither attempted a redelivery nor delivered to a neighbor. The customer service team was unhelpful and implied it was my fault for not being home and not informing the courier in advance. I have formally requested a refund for non-received goods under consumer rights legislation, but they have denied my request. I strongly advise against using this service. Fortunately, I have initiated a dispute with the payment provider.

Frustrating Experience with Returns

I ordered a pair of boots that turned out to be excessively large. When I tried to return them through the portal, it was non-functional, as was the return form. Despite numerous emails, I have received no response. I am at a loss for what to do next, as I have boots valued at £99 that don't fit, and all I want is a refund. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will escalate this matter if I am not contacted soon.

Order #750958586 placed on November 24th has not been delivered. The delivery service cannot locate the parcel, while the company claims it has been delivered without providing proof. Neither party is responding to my inquiries. I can't reach a human representative, and my emails and messages to chatbots have gone unanswered. I’ve contacted my bank for assistance. These companies are truly terrible to deal with—AVOID them at all costs. The low rating is a true reflection of their service.

Cancelled Order but Quick Refund

After placing my order on November 30th and receiving confirmation twice, I was informed yesterday that it was cancelled! At least the refund was processed quickly, which I didn’t expect given the order history. I would never order from this company again. They need to establish a dedicated customer service team that customers can actually talk to. Until that happens, I doubt the negative reviews will improve.

Deeply Disappointed.

I am deeply disappointed. I purchased shoes online and have spent the past week trying to use the returns portal, but it hasn’t worked. The alternative form is also ineffective. I reached out to the company via email and their online form several times without any response. I even called their stores, but they were unable to assist. Now, I am left with shoes I don’t want and no way to return them. With a holiday approaching, I will have to ask a friend to hold onto the shoes in case the returns form starts working. This is unacceptable.

Missing Items and No Return Options

It’s disheartening that the company is investing resources to respond to reviews but the backend systems fail to deliver or return items or reply to emails. I have £354 worth of items ordered on November 30th, with one item still missing and no tracking available. Three items arrived too late, and I’ve been trying to return them for a week without success. I ordered them to have time to try them before Christmas and return what I didn’t need. The online chat still doesn’t work, and my emails remain unanswered. I hope this gets resolved quickly, as I’m worried I won’t receive my refund before Christmas.

Avoid Ordering from This Company!

AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! My order was supposed to be delivered on December 6th, but it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted customer service twice and received no reply, despite their claims of getting back to me. It’s unbelievable that a company charging premium prices offers such poor assistance and lacks a contact phone number. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand—lesson learned. Please refund my money as I have requested.

Returns Portal Malfunction

I ordered a pair of boots in a very large size 5. When I tried to return them through the portal, it didn’t work, nor did the return form. I have sent countless emails without any response. I’m unsure what to do next, as I have £99 boots that don’t fit and I just want my money back. This is appalling customer service, and if I don’t hear back soon, I will escalate this to trading standards or consider legal action.

Lack of Information and Customer Support

They are quick to take your money, but my order, placed over a week ago, has not shown up. The tracking information from the email doesn’t work, and the only way to contact them is via email, which I’ve done without any response. My advice? Avoid shopping here. I certainly won’t again.
