I ordered a pair of boots in a very large size 5. When I tried to return them through the portal, it didn’t work, nor did the return form. I have sent countless emails without any response. I’m unsure what to do next, as I have £99 boots that don’t fit and I just want my money back. This is appalling customer service, and if I don’t hear back soon, I will escalate this to trading standards or consider legal action.
