It’s disheartening that the company is investing resources to respond to reviews but the backend systems fail to deliver or return items or reply to emails. I have £354 worth of items ordered on November 30th, with one item still missing and no tracking available. Three items arrived too late, and I’ve been trying to return them for a week without success. I ordered them to have time to try them before Christmas and return what I didn’t need. The online chat still doesn’t work, and my emails remain unanswered. I hope this gets resolved quickly, as I’m worried I won’t receive my refund before Christmas.
