I ordered a pair of boots that turned out to be excessively large. When I tried to return them through the portal, it was non-functional, as was the return form. Despite numerous emails, I have received no response. I am at a loss for what to do next, as I have boots valued at £99 that don't fit, and all I want is a refund. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will escalate this matter if I am not contacted soon.
