I never received the items I ordered, and when I reached out to the company regarding the courier's inadequate delivery, they claimed the tracking indicated delivery and refused to investigate or issue a refund. I did not agree to have anything left outside my property in a 'safe place,' especially since leaving parcels exposed on a doorstep by a main road doesn't meet their own safety standards. The courier neither attempted a redelivery nor delivered to a neighbor. The customer service team was unhelpful and implied it was my fault for not being home and not informing the courier in advance. I have formally requested a refund for non-received goods under consumer rights legislation, but they have denied my request. I strongly advise against using this service. Fortunately, I have initiated a dispute with the payment provider.
