They claim that if clients aren't satisfied due to missing mileage information, they will issue a refund, yet nothing has been returned. Save your time and money—it's a fraud! You accused me of not providing basic vehicle details and mileage, suggesting I submitted an incorrect VIN, but that's not the case! I understand that issues can arise, but your policy states that a refund is due if no information is found. I'm frustrated that I haven't received my money back, which is unprofessional. Issuing a refund would be the fair thing to do, as I no longer wish to use your services. Otherwise, this feels like classic scam behavior. Respectfully.
