Paid for a report on a 2008 BMW E93, only had history up until 2013 (km stand until 2018) while the car is registered with the Dutch RDW up until today. The free RDW report gave more insight (excluding logged repairs done up until 2016).
I filed a complaint and asked for a refund and was only offered an additional "free report" which is useless to me, because I only own one car.
