Quoted £30 for a basic wash, £50 for a "highly recommended" option that promised to remove stains and include waxing. Although hesitant, I accepted a £10 "discount" offered by the staff. When I requested to pay by card instead of cash, I was asked for a split payment, which struck me as odd. When I returned, the car looked cleaner but still had numerous visible stains. Upon raising my concern, I was met with resistance, with the staff member claiming it was impossible to remove the stains without damaging the paint. However, I easily wiped off some stains with my finger. Eventually, the staff begrudgingly attempted to clean the roof, but only managed a mediocre job.
