Disappointing experience at the Stratford location. The service was lacking, and I felt pressured into purchasing the pricier package, yet my car still wasn't cleaned properly. There were also questionable practices involving unofficial "discounts" and a request to split payment between cash and card. I arrived to clean a car that had been soiled by birds. I was quoted £30 for a basic wash and £50 for a "highly recommended" option that promised to remove stains and include waxing. Unsure, I was offered a "discount" of £10, which I accepted. When I attempted to pay with my card due to insufficient cash, I was asked to split the payment, which seemed odd. Ultimately, I paid with my card. Upon returning, the car looked cleaner, but there were still many visible stains on the roof and other areas. When I pointed this out, expecting a thorough clean for the price I paid, the staff member argued that removing the stains without damaging the car was impossible and reminded me of the "discount" I received. I managed to remove some stains with just my finger. Eventually, the staff member reluctantly gave the roof a quick wipe, which only partially addressed the remaining stains.
