COMPLETE SCAM — AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is engaging in a typical bait-and-switch scheme. They take reservations and payments knowing they lack sufficient vehicles — or possibly none at all. We booked a car two months in advance. Upon arrival at the pickup location, we were rudely informed that there were no cars available, and we were told to “go wherever we want.” The staff was openly disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of assisting us, they laughed at our situation. There was no effort to resolve the issue, provide alternatives, or take accountability. The so-called supervisor was clearly in on it and did nothing. Consequently, we found ourselves without a vehicle for our entire vacation, completely ruining our plans. This is not a case of incompetence — it is deliberate deceit. Do not trust this company. Avoid booking with them at all costs.
