AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I rented a vehicle through a car rental service, expecting a reliable experience, but it was far from that. My flight was delayed, leading to a late pickup in the afternoon. I was hit with a €40 extra fee, which effectively doubled my rental cost due to the service's own flight issues! The car remained unused in the yard, so why the additional charges for being late? The office was open, staff were present, and others arrived after me. Absolutely appalling service and a complete lack of concern for customers! AVOID THIS SERVICE.

They accept reservations and payments while knowing they do not have enough vehicles — or potentially any vehicles at all. We secured a vehicle two months ahead of time. Upon arriving at the pickup location, we were rudely informed that there were no available cars and none would be coming, leaving us with the option to “go wherever we want.” The staff displayed blatant rudeness, aggression, and unprofessionalism. Instead of assisting us, they laughed at our predicament. There was absolutely no effort to resolve the situation, suggest alternatives, or accept accountability. The so-called supervisor was clearly in on it and took no action. Consequently, we were without a vehicle for our entire trip. Our plans were entirely derailed. This is not a matter of incompetence — it’s a deliberate act of deception. Do not trust this service. Do not make a reservation here. Steer clear at all costs.

I booked a car at the airport, and everything went smoothly. We had to wait a little for the shuttle bus, which is expected at an off-site station. 🚫 BEWARE: DO NOT Use This Service – 1000% AVOID. I strongly advise against using this company. My experience was horrendous and left me feeling shaken and threatened. They met me at the airport and took me, a solo traveler, to a nearby minibus. From the outset, the employee was unfriendly and dismissive. I had a large suitcase, and instead of offering help, he just opened the back of the van and walked away. When we reached the office nearby, the same lack of assistance continued. Inside, the situation worsened. He aggressively tried to upsell me on additional insurance, despite my explanation that I already had coverage. His demeanor became hostile, and I felt genuinely unsafe as a woman traveling alone. I stood my ground against his bullying. I later discovered numerous similar complaints about this company online, prompting me to freeze my credit card to prevent any unauthorized charges. The vehicle was in poor condition, and I ultimately had to seek an alternative for my safety. In my opinion, they are unscrupulous con artists. If you have booked with them, take immediate action to protect your finances. These individuals should not be allowed to continue their deceitful practices.
Security deposit issues! We rented a vehicle at the airport and were asked to provide a $1200 security deposit. We were not informed about this until after booking confirmation. The staff was aggressive and rude. I highly recommend choosing a different rental service.
We were charged for a scratch that was already on the vehicle. We took photos, but the initial picture had a shadow that obscured it. The staff member initially agreed to waive the charge if we left a positive review, but later they changed their mind and charged us anyway. The whole situation felt suspicious and like a scam.
I will never rent from this service again. We received a car with only 6/7 of a tank. When I pointed this out, the agent assured me it would be resolved upon return. Upon return, no one was at the counter, so I left the keys and paperwork on the desk. Now, I am being charged for fuel and service fees for refueling. When I inquired, they demanded proof that the tank was not full at pickup. What a scam!
