🚫 BEWARE: DO NOT Use This Service – 1000% AVOID. I strongly advise against using this company. My experience was horrendous and left me feeling shaken and threatened. They met me at the airport and took me, a solo traveler, to a nearby minibus. From the outset, the employee was unfriendly and dismissive. I had a large suitcase, and instead of offering help, he just opened the back of the van and walked away. When we reached the office nearby, the same lack of assistance continued. Inside, the situation worsened. He aggressively tried to upsell me on additional insurance, despite my explanation that I already had coverage. His demeanor became hostile, and I felt genuinely unsafe as a woman traveling alone. I stood my ground against his bullying. I later discovered numerous similar complaints about this company online, prompting me to freeze my credit card to prevent any unauthorized charges. The vehicle was in poor condition, and I ultimately had to seek an alternative for my safety. In my opinion, they are unscrupulous con artists. If you have booked with them, take immediate action to protect your finances. These individuals should not be allowed to continue their deceitful practices.
