AVOID AT ALL COSTS — CLEARLY A SCAM This service is clearly engaging in a bait-and-switch scam. They accept reservations and payments while knowing they do not have enough vehicles — or potentially any vehicles at all. We secured a vehicle two months ahead of time. Upon arriving at the pickup location, we were rudely informed that there were no available cars and none would be coming, leaving us with the option to “go wherever we want.” The staff displayed blatant rudeness, aggression, and unprofessionalism. Instead of assisting us, they laughed at our predicament. There was absolutely no effort to resolve the situation, suggest alternatives, or accept accountability. The so-called supervisor was clearly in on it and took no action. Consequently, we were without a vehicle for our entire trip. Our plans were entirely derailed. This is not a matter of incompetence — it’s a deliberate act of deception. Do not trust this service. Do not make a reservation here. Steer clear at all costs.
