Absolute nightmare experience,The process of picking up the car took nearly two hours on Christmas evening; it was an absolute nightmare. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional and scandalous, and their rudeness and arrogance were evident at the highest level. This was not only directed towards myself and my wife, but also towards two other customers who were also waiting for the car. In my 20 years of experience renting cars worldwide, I have never witnessed anyone crying in a car rental place. Car Wiz was the first place. I lack the time to detail how distressing these two hours were; however, I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs. The car that was released was in tragic condition, a worn-out Yaris dirty all around. I have asked several times to give me a different car; the only response was, "If you don't like it, walk away."
