The car was in perfect condition, no scratches, and or other problems.Coming to claim the car, there was no one at the desk, this is because the employees constantly bring the cars to the drop off in front of the hotel. Therefore we waited for a while, but they came quickly enough when i called on whatsapp, the number is on the desk.The drop off is tight and inconvenient, i feel like i was lucky with taxis competing for space, i had to do 2 turns of the one way to find a spot.I returned the car without any damages and refueled. I was a bit stressed because of the reviews i saw online, but my deposit was freed. I therefore didnt have any problems with them.
