I was charged twice for car cleaning – even though I had already paid at pickup (I have proof from my bank), they charged me again upon return, falsely claiming I had not paid.Worse, I was charged £697 for damages that were already present when I picked up the car. I immediately called the company when I saw the scratches and was told "it's all in the report". Despite this, they later claimed I caused the damage.Carwiz ignores complaints, dismisses payment evidence, and treats customers dishonestly.
