Additionally, we paid extra for a car wash upon return, but when we brought the vehicle back, the staff member handling the inspection displayed a very poor attitude. She insisted on washing the car before beginning her assessment, which took approximately 40 minutes.Throughout the process, communication was inadequate, and we felt the service was highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, we were later charged £400 for a supposed "invisible scratch." As frequent car renters, we have never encountered such an unreasonable situation.It is concerning that the company's website showcases excellent reviews, yet numerous customer experiences elsewhere paint a very different picture.
