Upon my arrival I was handed the key and the guy at the front desk said we did not even need to check the car, since I have their full coverage.When I returned the car, I was greeted by a nice girl Amanda, who said the same. Couple of days later my deposit was returned. My advice is: Buy their full protection and avoid problems. It's worth it.
