I have used carwiz Wroclaw several times, and each time I have experienced good customer service and professionalism.I have reviewed the company before, as we tend to only write the complaints and not positive notes This time I was in difficult situation, I had a car for 2 weeks and after I found illness of my close family I needed help in extending hire. I have to say that Maciej and Oleksander were very understanding and helped me to sort everything out. I do appreciate their help, it made things for me much easy.Yes the cars are not perfect, dented and bashed- I blame for that people hiring the cars. I always take care of the car as it was my own. But I understand not all doing it. My little Toyota was just right for my needs.Thank you carwiz, and hopefully see you soon.
