We rented a car in Krakow and agreed to pick it up at the train station, but the email gave no clear instructions. As first-time visitors, we had no idea the meeting point was on the rooftop parking – no signage, no directions. When we called, the attitude was unhelpful and rude.The car arrived 30 minutes late. Thankfully, it was in good condition and served us well during the trip.The return was even worse. We arrived early and called, but no one answered. When we reached someone, we were scolded for not calling an hour in advance – something we had never been told to do. We were told we’d now have to wait 1–2 hours.We waited over 2 hours, almost 3. Calls were ignored or declined. Eventually, they told us to just leave the car unlocked with the keys inside and not wait. No one ever showed up while we were there.The entire experience felt disorganized and disrespectful – as if they were mocking us.The car itself was fine, and the deposit was returned, but the lack of communication, disorganization, and poor treatment make this a rental company we would not use again.
