Absolutely avoid them.We hired a car and received no check sheet, no inspection report, and no walk-around to record existing damage. I had to take my own pictures and videos of the car from every angle at pickup and again at drop-off to protect myself.The next day, they emailed us claiming there was a tiny dent, providing a blurry picture with no registration number or proof that it was even our car. We immediately asked for clearer evidence, more photos, and documentation — but they completely ignored all of our requests.We then sent our own photos and videos, clearly showing the area they claimed was damaged was in perfect condition when we returned it. Still, they went silent.Without any further communication, they deducted €420 from our deposit on day two.This is outrageous, unfair, and feels like a scam designed to target tourists. They ignored our evidence, avoided communication, and charged us anyway.Do not trust this company.They should be investigated and shut down. What they’re doing is unethical and takes advantage of genuine customers who follow the rules.
