Terrible experience. Picked up the "VW Golf or equivalent" and received a Hyundai i10 instead, being told it was "in the same category." It took 40 minutes to finalize details already provided during booking. We opted for fully comprehensive insurance when booking, but at pickup, we were told we weren't covered and needed to purchase additional insurance at exorbitant rates. We chose not to and relied on our online coverage. The next day, the car wouldn't start. Contacted the support team, who said they couldn't assist due to lack of insurance. The roadside assistance they recommended informed us the car was out of warranty and they had no policy with the company. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
