Hired a Fiat Panda in white from Pula. Knowing I had my hands full with a baby in my arms he quickly shown me 4 scratches that were on the car. I had a look over the car also - nothing much other than faint tiny tiny marks as most cars have over time...I asked the advisor about these and he said its fine I've marked the ones on the sheet (same 4 still there) 5 days later i returned the car, undamaged, 5 bars of fuel as it'd left the airport before.... and guess what!? As all the other reviews have said...they found a new scratch!! Under the door!! If these cars are tracked they should be able to see exactly where i drove to - that anywhere i had ever stopped was on terrain that couldnt ever reach the door in a million years! I refused to pay it, i stormed back out to assess the car again and repeatedly told him i didnt do it - for him to say, dont worry just claim it off your insurance! At this point the airport was shouting our names as we were now late for the flight! He said again dont worry, sign here, here and here and claim it back it'll be ok! Not wanting to pay for more flights too i signed and left... furious!! I cannot get a response from the company - they are insurance scammers and how theyre still allowed to trade with so many reviews all saying the same is unreal!! My credit card company are investigating! And I will be taking this further!!
