We are very happy and very grateful to CarzRent. The best thing was that we were able to book with very little time in advance at a very reasonable price. Additionally, we had to extend the rental on the same day before returning the car due to an emergency, and everything worked smoothly without having to go to an office. The flexibility in the communication through the customer service via WhatsApp was also very positive. Thank you very much for making it easy for us to extend the car rental without complications!The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the wait time when picking up the car, as we were very tired and just wanted to continue our journey. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the staff with the car to arrive. It's clear that anyone can have a delay, but it would be important to be there before the travellers arrive in other to make the journey as comfortable as possible.
